2010 Kenefick Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon, Chris's Cuvée
2010 Kenefick Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon – Chris's Cuvée
Crème brûlée and blackberry cobbler come to mind when the aromtics pour out of the glass. Concentrated fresh berry, blueberry and vanilla greet the entry. The mid-palate is held up by well integrated tannins and oak. The finish is long with tobacco leaf, dark chocolate, oak spices, and berries.
Good to drink now and will cellar well for the next 10-15 years.
